As a recruitment agency, we must share personal data with our clients in order to carry out the recruitment process. Except for our clients, we will not share your data with third parties. If our client has submitted an offer for employment, we may then share your data with former employers to obtain references for you, employment background check providers to obtain necessary background checks. This process will only take place if our client submits such a request.
How long does Our Company keep data?
If your application is unsuccessful upon initial screening, the organisation will hold on to your data for up to 1 year.
If your application is unsuccessful after entering the recruitment process, Our Company will hold your data on file but this data will not be acted upon unless instructed otherwise. As one of your rights, you can require the organisation to delete the data we have on record.
If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your file (electronic) on our Customer Relationship Management system and retained. As before, you can require the organisation to delete the data we have on record.
What if you do not provide personal data?
You are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide data to Our Company during the recruitment process. However, if you do not provide the information, we may not be able to process your application properly or at all.
