Become a Predictive Index® Practitioner with our two-day workshop.

This course is for internal HR professionals, people managers, and business leaders who want to become certified PI® Practitioners. You will use this training to guide others in applying PI® across hiring, team performance, and employee development.

PI® Certification is a structured learning programme that builds your confidence to use the full platform. You will learn how to interpret behavioural and cognitive data, apply it to real business challenges, and support managers across the employee lifecycle.

  • How to read and explain PI® Behavioural Assessment results

  • How to define job requirements and assess for behavioural and cognitive fit
